Service Description
My Day Wedding Touch-Up can be added as an additional service to the bride to ensure you are looking your best the entire day. Sometimes it snows, rain, or some sort of unexpected disaster happens, causing curls to fall/drop, updos to come undone, or you simply need a quick refresh before taking pictures. This service allows an additional touch-up before the wedding, after the wedding (during photos), and at the beginning of the reception. The address of the venue, reception, and place of photography are required 3 weeks in advance. This price reflects the 3 additional touch-up sessions during your big day. Additional treatments and/or add-ons will increase the price. This is for the BRIDE only! Please contact me directly if you need to add to this service. This service is for travel 20 miles or less. A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your appointment. The address will be provided after booking. Hair is not included!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation - If you have an appointment, this time is reserved exclusively for you. If you must cancel your appointment, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice. If your appointment is not canceled and rescheduled within that timeframe, the non-refundable deposit fee will be forfeited. This means you will have to rebook and pay a new deposit. Late Arrival - Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. As a courtesy to the next guest. your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled. Late arrivals may be rescheduled or the remainder of the service time can be charged. Cell Phones - Cell phone use is not permitted while permanent makeup services are rendered. I don't want anything to distract you, which can then distract me and cause mistakes due to unexpected movements. Permanent Makeup Done by Another Technician - Recoloring permanent makeup done previously by anyone else is not "just a touch-up" since it is not the original work of Quiana Renea. Therefore, fees start at the new permanent makeup prices and can increase. Two or more appointments may be necessary to achieve and complete the most permanent makeup corrections procedures. Note: Some mistakes are not fixable without laser removal. Quiana Renea will be upfront and honest about correcting other technicians' work. Touch Up- Touch-ups are NOT included in the original procedure fee. You will be charged an additional fee whenever you book your touch-up appointments. Pricing - All prices quoted are subject to change without notice. All purchases and services are final and there are NO refunds. Additional Treatment Policy 1. We (Quiana Renea) reserve the right to refuse services to anyone. 2. Two or more appointments may be necessary to achieve and complete permanent makeup procedures depending on each person's skin. Touch-up fees will apply. 3. Since scar tissue is abnormal, multiple sessions are usually needed to achieve satisfactory results with medical-grade tattooing /camouflage. 4. Only clients receiving services will be allowed in the treatment room. Please do NOT bring additional people with you during your appointment. They will NOT be allowed inside.
